- A service call will dispatch a technician onsite. Additional labor charges will apply
Twenty mile radius from PC Complete Office, additional mileage will be charged at $1 a mile.
General Labor - $65 - General Labor includes on or off site service performed at an hourly charge. Onsite has a 1 hour
Minimum. In house has a half hour minimum.
General Maintenance - $75 - Service includes a PC tune up with basic removal of virus and spyware.
Remote Session - Starting at $30 - Many issues can be repaired remotely. Call our office and an experienced technician will assist
you. All from the comfort of your home or office.
Reformat with Data Backup - $95 - Service includes backup of data on specified files. Reformat drives to remove malicious software.
PC will be in like new condition.
Reformat without Data Backup - $45 - Service includes reformatting drives to remove malicious software. PC will be in like new condition.
Data Back up - Starting at $10 - Service includes backing up data from a healthy hard drive onto media of choice
Data Recovery - Starting at $50 - Service includes recovery of data from failing hard drives or corrupt partitions.
